We welcome you to join us at WATAMI where we, as a team, will share the joy in developing our business. WATAMI Management Trainee program is an intensive leadership program which focuses on grooming an individual to be part of the management team.

This 6-month program will include:

1) WATAMI Philosophy
2) Hall and Kitchen restaurant operations
3) Restaurant Management
4) Profit & Loss Management
5) Cost Management

Strict validations will be carried out throughout the 6-month period.
Management Trainees will be evaluated to determine position to be achieved after the program.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to Singaporeans only.

  • Minimum education level: Diploma in any fields

  • Fresh degree graduates are welcomed

  • Minimum one year work experience in any industry or 6-month work experience in F&B industry

  • Career seekers with commitment and willing to learn attitude

    * A successful candidate possess a strong willingness to learn, fighting spirit and can-do attitude.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

  • Up to S$2350/month, 5 day work week. Salary package will be discussed in details during interview
