Holding our essence close to us, Watami Singapore follows our group slogan of receiving “the most number of thank yous” in the world. With our first outlet slated to open in July 21st at Ion Orchard, we look forward to showcase the true essence of modern japanese cuisine to our guests.
Watami’s uniquness lies not only in its food and originality in its dishes, the “Watami way of service”, the dedication towards the provision of a comfortable dining environment to people of all ages is what draws crowds to us. Watami is the original creator of the “Ishokuya” dining concept in Japan, one that features the delights of modern Japanese cuisine, which include Watami’s original dishes and signature beverages. Coupled with our exceptionally high standards of service, we aim to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
With its unique system of food preparation, Watami ensures that all dishes are prepared with the same methodology across all outlets. With our special system of controlling food quality, our guests can ensure the same standard of food served at all outlets across the world.
New to Watami? Ask our service specialist to plan your evening’s menu for you. We are proud to offer “SQ service standard on ground”. Each of our staff is a party planner. Unlike most conventional practices, our staff will be able to provide you with the recommendations of the dishes based on your preferences. We take lengths to understand customers’ wants and bridge the gap with them by introducing cuisine that is delectable to their palatte.
Our interior design showcases the natural and warmth feeling through the choice of our materials. With the use of bamboo and camouflaging colours in the background, we aim to present a feel of ‘mother nature’ in the natural atmosphere and bringing a touch of traditional Japanese yet contemporary.
With our first outlet slated to open in July 2009, we are proud to announce that we are also concurrently working towards the opening of our second outlet at The Central @ Clarke Quay in September 2009. Our currant aim is to open up to 10 outlets in the next 5 years.
