1.WEEKDAY LUNCHSET

*Customer has to make a reservation for at least 4 pax from Mondays to Thursdays at 3 to 6pm at any Watami Sg branch.

*The group orders minimum 3 lunch sets, then gets 1 lunch set for free instantly!

*This coupon is valid for DINE IN only at all Watami Sg shops.

*The least priced among the 4 lunch sets becomes the "free" set.

*The coupon c has to be cut and attached to the receipt.

*Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or any other voucher.

2. WEEKDAY SET MENU

*The coupon can only be redeemed from Mondays to Thursdays, anytime, at any Watami Sg outlet.

*Order a Set Menu for 4 priced at $129 and present the Special Coupon to avail of the $20 off.

*The coupon being redeemed has to be cut and attached to the receipt.

*Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or any other voucher.

3. WEEKLONG FREE DRINKS

*Coupon is valid only for Watami Central, from Mondays to Sundays, anytime.

*A reservation has to be made in Watami Central, and EVERY PERSON HAS TO ARRIVE ON TIME,

for the whole group to have the free drinks for every person.

*Only 1 coupon is necessary for the whole group to redeem 1 welcome drink for each person.

*The coupon being redeemed has to be cut and attached to the receipt.

*Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or any other voucher.

4. WEEKENDS FREE VOUCHERS (Lunch Set Vouchers)

*Coupon is valid in Ion = Mondays to Fridays

Valid in all Central, Raffles City, and Junction 8 = Mondays to Sundays

*Minimum 4 persons must come between 2 to 6 pm

*Each person must order at least 1 a la carte dish to get the Free vouchers.

*Vouchers can only be used on their next visit.

*The coupon being redeemed has to be cut and attached to the receipt.

*Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or any other voucher.

1. If I want to get more than 1 coupon, is it possible?

Yes, you may request for more than one coupon from our service specialists.

2. Can I use the coupons on the spot?

No, the Special Coupons may only be used on your subsequent visit.

3. Can I use 2 special coupons at one time?

No, only 1 coupon may be used per visit.


4. Can the Special Coupon be used together with other Watami vouchers?

No, the Special Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other Watami Promotion and/or any other Watami vouchers.

5. Can I use the coupon after I paid the bill?

Sorry but we cannot accept coupon after the bill has been settled or paid for.    We cannot re-do the bill anymore once it is closed.  This is to prevent cases of fraud or abuse by staff, when doing transactions.   Please let our staffs know that you are redeeming and show them the Special Coupons upon placing your food order and they will be glad to assist you on this.

Another Contribution for a Greener Earth

We are currently giving away collapsible pouches to our loyal Watami patrons. These pouches are environmentally friendly as they are the remnants of a used canvas that was once a banner to promote Chinese New Year 2009 at Raffles City. The banners were intricately cut and sewn into these lovely coin pouches. Current loyal Watami patrons who received our Watami Christmas cards are welcome to redeem these novelty at our outlets.

As part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, we have engaged SILRA (Singapore Leprosy Relief Association) to help us with the packaging of the chopsticks.
