What is Ochasuke?
Ochasuke is considered an aftermeal dish. At Watami, Ochasuke can be served either with Umeboshi (pickled plum), Unagi (Eel) or Mentaiko (cod roe). Ochasuke is believed to help in the digestion of food as the benefits of Cha (tea) will help in reducing cholesterol in the body. So, end each meal at Watami with Ochasuke.
